You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use DailySabor. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at team@vantymedia.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

DailySabor offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading or using DailySabor, you agree to the terms of the Apple Standard EULA.

DailySabor provides recipes, meal plans, and nutrition estimates for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a medical provider, and the Service is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new diet, especially if you have allergies, medical conditions, are pregnant, or are nursing. You are solely responsible for verifying ingredients and preparing food safely.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its content
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit recipes or meal plans
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or violates others' rights
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service

The DailySabor name, logo, app, recipes, meal plans, and all related content are owned by Vanty Media and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own meal planning. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If you submit ratings, reviews, photos, or feedback ("User Content"), you grant DailySabor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the User Content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.

The Service relies on third-party providers for functions such as authentication, AI-powered meal generation, analytics, and payments. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that recipes, macros, or recommendations will meet your specific health or nutrition goals.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DailySabor and Vanty Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For minor updates, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of New York, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
